Once you apply and are selected for a job, you are expected to attend the shift without fail.
Uninformed absence or missing a confirmed shift may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
You must not send another person on your behalf to complete a shift.
Only the person who applied and was accepted through the platform is allowed to work.
You must not report to work under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance.
Violation will lead to an immediate ban and may involve legal consequences.
You must carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar, PAN, or Voter ID) to the employer before starting your shift.
Failure to provide ID can result in being denied the job.
Once a job is accepted, you may not cancel within 48 hours of the shift start time.
Cancellations within a 48 hours must have a valid reason and must be approved by LakshyaGo.
You must not contact the employer directly or visit the workplace outside the platform’s process.
You must treat the employer, staff, and other workers with respect and fairness at all times.
Any disrespectful, abusive, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
You are expected to maintain a professional attitude during your shift.
Follow all workplace rules, safety instructions, and dress code if any is mentioned in the job description.
You must complete the responsibilities mentioned in the job description honestly and to the best of your ability.
Refusing tasks without valid reason or leaving before the shift ends without permission is a breach of terms.
Do not disclose any sensitive information or business details about the employer to any third party.
You must not create multiple accounts or register with false information.
Duplicate or fake accounts will be permanently removed.
Any issues, disputes, or emergencies must be reported to the admin or customer service through the platform’s support system.
Candidates acknowledge that a small service charge may be deducted from their total payment as a platform maintenance fee.
The exact fee amount may vary based on the type of service, job duration, or payment method, and will be clearly displayed before confirming any transaction.
