To use LakshyaGo:
You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
Employers must be legally registered entities or individuals authorized to act on behalf of such entities.
Job seekers are required to provide valid identification and truthful, verifiable information during registration.
All users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Impersonation, use of false information, or unauthorized access to another person’s account is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension, termination of access, and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to verify the information provided and reject or deactivate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
LakshyaGo provides a digital platform where:
Employers can post job listings, view applications, and manage the recruitment process.
Job seekers can browse listings, apply for jobs, and receive application-related updates.
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful employment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Posting false or misleading job information.
Submitting fake applications or using false identities.
Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
Using the platform for third-party recruitment without authorization.
Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right to monitor activity and remove content or suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
To ensure a secure and reliable platform, LakshyaGo collects and verifies essential user information.
For Job Seekers, we may collect:
Full name, contact number, email address, and residential address.
Government-issued ID proof.
Bank details for payment processing (where applicable).
Location data for job matching.
For Employers, we may collect:
Company name and official contact details.
Business registration number and supporting documentation.
Proof of legal operation and authorization to hire.
All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to verify any submitted data, and failure to provide valid documentation may result in limited access, account suspension, or termination.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
All job postings must be accurate, lawful, and clearly defined.
LakshyaGo reserves the right to review, modify, reject, or suspend any job listing that is misleading, incomplete, or violates legal or ethical standards.
Candidate selection is carried out by LakshyaGo on behalf of the employer. While we strive to ensure the best match for each role, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes or long-term employment.
Important: LakshyaGo only facilitates the hiring process and does not employ candidates directly. All hired workers remain under the employment of the respective employer. LakshyaGo’s role is strictly that of a service provider and platform facilitator.
Employers agree to compensate LakshyaGo based on the mutually agreed daily, weekly, or monthly rates for each job posting or worker provided.
Job seekers will receive payments based on the listed or agreed rates, typically processed every Friday, unless otherwise communicated.
LakshyaGo will collect the wages from the employer, deduct applicable service charges and statutory deductions, and transfer the remaining amount to the candidate.
Additional payment terms:
A 1% TDS deduction will be made from the candidate’s payout while processing wages.
Employers are solely responsible for paying statutory contributions such as ESI (Employee State Insurance), Provident Fund (PF) and any other employer obligations.
LakshyaGo strictly acts as a service provider and intermediary. At no point shall candidates be considered employees of LakshyaGo.
Late payments by employers may incur penalties or service suspension.
All transactions must be made through approved payment methods only.
Invoices and payment summaries will be shared for transparency.
Direct payments between employers and job seekers are strictly prohibited. Any such action will result in immediate suspension of services for the employer and permanent deactivation of the job seeker’s account.
LakshyaGo shall not be responsible for providing benefits, insurance, or contributing to ESI, PF, Gratuity, or any other statutory or contractual obligations arising from the engagement. Employers and workers are solely accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable labour and tax laws.
LakshyaGo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account whether employer or job seeker without prior notice if there is:
A violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Misuse of platform services or data.
Direct dealings between employer and job seeker that bypass our process.
LakshyaGo will recover dues before termination.
Note: LakshyaGo is not the employer of any job seeker. All employment contracts and obligations are strictly between the employer and the candidate. LakshyaGo only provides facilitation, platform, and wages disbursement services on behalf of the employer.
LakshyaGo acts solely as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. As such, we shall not be held liable for:
Any employment-related disputes, disagreements, or claims between job seekers and employers.
Loss, injury, delays, or damages arising from user actions, false information, or third-party services.
Any financial, reputational, or operational losses caused by the misuse of the platform.
LakshyaGo acts solely as an intermediary and service provider and does not assume responsibility for wages, benefits, statutory contributions, or any employer-related obligations. Such responsibilities remain solely with the employer and the worker.
Technical issues, including system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
No claim for permanent employment or benefits with LakshyaGo..
By using our services, all users agree to hold LakshyaGo harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their interactions or transactions on the platform.
For clarity, LakshyaGo is not the employer of any job seeker. We only facilitate wages disbursement by collecting payments from employers, deducting service charges and statutory deductions, and transferring the remaining amount to candidates.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of LakshyaGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By using this platform, all users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to such venue.
